The Congress organizers were supported by of a number of committees formed by local experts, created to specifically assess all submitted papers according to their field.

Each committee reviewed the relevant submitted papers, corresponded to the author(s) directly, and either accepted, accepted with amendments or rejected the submission.

Each accepted publication can therefore be classified as a:
Refereed Conference publication (DEST E 1).

The editors personally participated to this process and can guarantee that all articles were dealt with according to the guidelines described.
