Please note that in order to take
advantage of the special Congress
rate, bookings must be made
through the Congress Managers,
ACTS Conferencing, and not the
accommodation venue.
Securing Your Accommodation
Booking
A deposit of one night's
accommodation payment per room
must accompany requests for all
rooms at Novotel, Rydges Lakeside
and University House. In the case of
Ursula Hall, John XXIII College and
Bruce Hall, payment for your
full
stay is required. Payments will be
passed on to the respective
accommodation venues.
Guests at Novotel, Rydges Lakeside
and University House must settle the
balance of their account, where
appropriate, with the relevant venue
prior to departure at which point you
will receive a tax invoice for your full
stay. Accommodation bookings
cannot be guaranteed without the
accommodation deposit or full
payment (where applicable) and
these must be received by Friday
17 December 2004. Any alteration
to accommodation arrangements
must be made through the
Congress Managers, not the
accommodation venue.
All accommodation costs quoted are
inclusive of GST and are quoted in
Australian dollars per night.

corner of the Australian National
University campus next to Sullivan's
Creek. The Hall boasts a scenic view
and is surrounded by attractive native
flora and fauna. Rooms have central
heating and tea and coffee making
facilities. Common room with
bar/canteen with television is
available.

Ursula College to park within their

John XXIII College rooms are well
appointed and spacious, with many
rooms commanding views over the
National Botanic Gardens and Black
Mountain. Rooms have a sink; a
snack room (with microwave, toaster
and fridge), laundry (washing
machine, ironing facilities) and
bathroom (four enclosed showers and
toilets) are situated in the corridor.
